Above packages are applicable on all days, except public-school holidays and festive season.

Guests/visitors staying at Coconut Fly, Diveagar hereby agree to the terms and conditions herein below, at the time of check-in.

IDENTIFICATION (ID) & REGISTRATION:

It will be necessary for the guests to provide their identity proof, such as, valid driving licence / voter ID card / Aadhar Card etc. In case of foreign nationals valid passport with valid Visa is mandatory. Filling up required information in Guest Registration book is mandatory for all the guests.

PETS:

Pets are not allowed in our property.

TARIFFS:

Tariffs are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR) on per cottage basis.

RESERVATIONS:

Reservation agreement and changes (if any) concerning services at this hotel will be binding to the hotel only, subject to mutual confirmation by Coconut Fly Holidays and the concerned client/guest. The person signing the reservation/booking will be liable for the entire invoice against the reservation.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

Check-in hours are: 12.00 noon and Check-out time is 10.00 am. In case of extended stay till 6.00 pm., such extension will be accorded subject to availability of cottages and half day charges will be applicable. If the guest(s) wish to extend their stay beyond 6.00 pm, full day charges will be applicable and such extension can be given subject to availability of room.

Early check-in shall be allowed subject to availability of cottages, but cannot be guaranteed. Early check-out: Coconut Fly Holidays have no policy to accord refund of tariff, in case of early check-out.

TERMS OF COTTAGES OCCUPANCY

  • Occupancy is for 2 adults and 2 children (below 7 years). Extra bed can be made available at extra cost.
  • Only families and couples
  • Number of guests allowed in the cottage will be in accordance to the names mentioned in the booking register and paid for, during booking/reservation.
  • Cottages will be allotted to Entire Group of males / females / corporate teams only when there is no booking for the families. In such case, the entire property or partial accommodation can be rented out to such groups. However, this will be at the discretion of the management.

TERMS ABOUT THE KEYS:

Guests should obtain the cottage keys from the Reception counter only. Only one key for every cottage shall be provided. Guests should keep the room keys with them all the time, during their stay. In case of loss of keys, Rs. 700/- shall be charged.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHOD:

Pre-booking: Online payment through RTGS or NEFT

On-site payment: By cash.. INR (Indian Rupees)

Room tariffs are subject to change without any prior intimation. In case of any changes in the tax structure by the State or Central Government, taxes will be applicable accordingly, from the date of such changes.

PAYMENT FOR GROUPS

Group / Tour operators should pay 75% of the amount on the day of booking and remaining 25% on arrival.

FOR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELLERS

Individual travellers are required to pay full payment latest at the time of departure by cash only. Coconut Fly Holidays management do not guarantee the rates and room until and unless payment is received. Guests should request for an invoice, in case of pre-payment. We honour the privacy of the client and personal information shared by the client is used only for booking process, nothing else.

TERMS FOR PEAK SEASON:

Peak season rates are subject to change as per availability.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

Bookings shall be honoured on ‘first-come first-served basis’, subject to availability of cottages and rates are subject to change without prior intimation. Booking cancellation requests will have to be sent by e-mail/telephone call. Guests may cancel their reservation/booking free-of-charge 7 days prior to arrival. However total price will be charged if the booking is cancelled there after.

RESTAURANT TERMS

Breakfast: 8.00am - 10.30am
Lunch: 12pm - 3pm
Dinner: 7pm - 10pm.

Outside food, beverages & liquor will not be allowed in the premises. Guests causing nuisance or disturbing operations shall be asked to leave the premises without any refund. Meals or breakfast will be served only in the Restaurant. For food and beverages rates are subject to change.

GAME ZONE AND TERMS THEREOF:

Drinks or eatables will not be allowed in the game zone. Appropriate penalty will be levied in case of any damage to the property / sports material.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Guests will be held responsible in case of any loss or damage to the property caused by any of them either individually or collectively. Guests indulging in such unlawful act shall be driven out of the property without any refund and appropriate legal action shall be initiated against them, if needed.

ROOM LINE

2 bath towels and 2 hand towels are provided per cottage. Guests will not be allowed to carry the room linen outside the premises.

SMOKING & LIQUOR

Smoking and Consumptions of liquor is strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.

TERMS OF SECURITY AND VALUABLES:

Guests are supposed to take care of their personal belongings and valuables. Resort management will not be responsible in case of loss or damage of the valuables of the guests.

GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS:

It will be imperative upon the guests to observe the government rules and regulations, as applicable from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic beverages, firearms etc.
